Your initial assessment will last 45 minutes and will include treatment (if appropriate).
We take a detailed history and perform and extensive examination, so it’s a good idea to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
A comprehensive examination helps us to understand your problem fully and decide how best to proceed.
You are very welcome to be accompanied by a friend or relative during any of your appointments
Subsequent Treatments

This will last 30 minutes.
We continually reassess the problem throughout your treatment, exploring the techniques and therapies which work best for you.
Treatment is individually tailored to your problem, your needs and the level of activity to which you want to return.
Sports Massage
